Jennifer wanted to make sure that all cyclists are welcome to join, and you don’t have to be a pro or a major cyclist- you can be a beginner! Who is Jennifer Sage? She is a Master Instructor and founder of the Indoor Cycling Association and the professional coach heading up the program. She has a degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Jennifer’s passion for the science behind the pedaling is evident in all her articles, profiles, and conference sessions. She is an avid reader of articles, books and blogs by many leaders in the endurance coaching field, with the goal of staying up to date with new concepts.
She is determined to find a way to bring these scientific concepts into the indoor cycling realm in order to optimize results, dispel fitness myths, and reduce the possibility of injuries. She endeavors to inspire students to become completely in tune with them as they ride.
In addition to the cycling program, we offer the Metabolic testing. Don’t let those words scare you either. We think this is amazing. We test your performance and create a fitness and nutritional fingerprint specifically designed for you! That’s right just for you! We work with Sigma Human performance. It’s a combination of testing, training, and nutrition. It may have started out with “high level” professional athlete’s but it’s developed into something the everyday athlete or regular “just want to be healthy” person can use to manage their weight.
