Join Charry Morris for the full weekend, or pop in to separate sessions as it fits into your schedule. Each session will build on the next for the cumulative effect of natural unwinding and relaxation. Attended separately, each session can also stand on its own as a complete practice.
Friday 5-7pm Full Body Breath
Learn to breath properly. Explore the breath as the vehicle for release. This session will include breathing exercises, relaxing stretches, and gentle vinyasa style asana as body healing treatments. Discover the art of letting go.
Saturday Noon-2pm Breath Guided Alignment
Empower intuition. Learn to trust yourself and the inner Guru- the breath. This session will include breathing techniques, vinyasa style asana, back-bending, hip opening, and relating to gravity force through the vehicle of the breath. Learn bone alignment through breath awareness.
Saturday 5-7pm Prana Nidra and Satsang
Go through the body with the breath to eradicate long held fatigue, tension, and stress. Learn how to become your own most powerful healer. This session will include Yoga Nidra techniques with visualization and breath work along with a collective discussion on the science of yoga. Bring your questions and a notebook.
Sunday Noon-2pm Breath Designed Practice
Learn to move to the tune of your own heart beat. Ease into the practice through slow and steady attention to breath and natural forces. Straighten up your spine to straighten up your path. Full, complete practice as passed down by Sri Andrei Ram.
